Serve at Casa del Lago

Without volunteers Casa del Lago would not exist, your partnership is that important to the work we do in the Bachman Lake community. There are many ways to serve at Casa del Lago, if you are interested you can contact the program director below or call us.

Adult education

Our Adult Education programs are a great way to serve at Casa del Lago. Currently we offer English as a Second Language and typing classes, and we need help with both. We are looking for lead and assistant teachers for our morning English as a Second Language classes. These classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30-11:30am. For our evening ESL classes we are looking for assistant teachers, those classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm till 8:35pm. We are also looking for classroom assistants for our evening typing classes. These classes run the same time as our evening ESL classes. After school reading

If you have a passion for kids and reading, our After School Reading program is perfect for you! We are looking for reading buddies and homework helpers. These roles are open all fall Monday through Thursday, 4pm to 5:30pm. If you are interested in this opportunity you can contact Hayleigh Hicks.

Let’s Get creative!

We always have service needs that pop up, and we need your help with these as well. Individually or in a group of any size we can find a way for you to serve at Casa del Lago.
